Peach Mango Smoothie

This light and refreshing peach mango smoothie is a tropical vacation in a glass. It’s easy to make and easy to enjoy—all you need is a straw. This super simple and delicious smoothie is made with peaches, mango, tangy greek yogurt and orange juice. Now doesn’t that sound decadent?

I love making this mango & peach smoothie. It’s bright, tart, slightly sweet and tangy. It makes for the perfect on-the-go snack or summertime beverage of choice.

My favorite part about this smoothie is how healthy it is. Peaches and mangoes are both rich in fiber, potassium and vitamin C. This, combined with the hearty protein in the yogurt and healthy omega-3 fatty acids from the chia seeds will make for an awesome meal supplement, snack, or post-workout treat.

What You Need to Make this Peach Mango Smoothie

With only 5 ingredients required, this smoothie can be made in minutes. I like to make this smoothie in the summertime using frozen fruit.

For the greek yogurt, I’m using unflavored, but honey-flavored or strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt will definitely amp up the flavor in addition to the protein. You can also opt for a vegan yogurt to make this a vegan-friendly smoothie.

When shopping for produce, I always prefer frozen. I think frozen fruit is best because it’s typically flash-frozen at peak ripeness. Not to mention it’s more convenient so you can have this smoothie year-round!

For the liquid required, I recommend orange juice, but water, milk, non-dairy milk, or apple juice will all work wonderfully.
