Cinnamon Overnight Oats

This healthy, aromatic cinnamon overnight oats recipe is so simple to make and tastes so incredibly delicious. Wholesome rolled oats are mixed together with heavenly cinnamon, creamy milk, chia seeds, a pinch of salt, and my secret ingredient.

This overnight oats recipe is a cinch to make—all you need to do is measure your ingredients, stir, and let chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 to 4 hours or overnight as the name suggests!

This is the perfect breakfast to make in advance, especially because it doesn’t contain fresh fruit while it’s setting. Instead, you can add fresh fruit when serving. Cinnamon pairs beautifully with fresh apple and walnuts or some delicious berries.

You’ll find most of the ingredients for this recipe in your pantry or refrigerator! You can substitute the milk for any plant-based milk. While the almond meal is so delicious in this recipe, you could replace it with crushed almonds instead.

How do I add cinnamon to my oats?

You can add cinnamon to your overnight oats by sprinkling in ½ teaspoon of cinnamon per ½ cup of rolled oats. If you like a stronger cinnamon flavor, then add more cinnamon a little bit at a time until it tastes perfect!
