Banana Cinnamon Pancakes

These delicious and filling banana cinnamon pancakes are made to share. When garnished with toasted walnuts, sliced bananas, and drizzled with maple syrup, every bite is a fork full of delicious flavors!

The secret to this pancake recipe is to mash the banana into the batter. The mashed banana will act as a binding agent, making for light, delicate pancakes. This is a great way to use up leftover bananas as well because the riper they are, the sweeter they will taste in the batter.

When making this recipe, you want to make sure the batter still holds together when pouring it into the frying pan but is not thick enough to have clumps.

Another way to make a delicious batter is to whisk all your dry ingredients first, especially the baking powder. This will ensure that the pancakes will rise evenly. Then you can incorporate the wet ingredients.

What You Need To Make Banana Cinnamon Pancakes

The majority of these ingredients can be found in your baking drawer or pantry. If you are not a fan of walnuts, try using sliced almonds, fresh berries, or even whipped cream.
