Spinach Artichoke hearts Large eggs Lemon Feta cheese Salt Pepper Olive oil

INGREDIENTS

Sauté the spinach. Prepare the feta and artichokes. Whisk eggs. Fold in spinach and feta into egg mixture.

Add the frittata mixture to a casserole dish. Add in artichokes.

Bake in an oven until the eggs have set. Slice and enjoy!
