How To Make  a Frittata for One

Large eggs Broccoli Sharp cheddar cheese Salt Ground pepper Sweet paprika Olive oil


Wash, dry, and cut the broccoli. Sauté on medium heat and set aside.

Whisk eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Slice the cheese into long strips and set aside. 

Assemble the frittata. Top with cheese and paprika.

Bake the frittata until the eggs have just set. Remove from the oven. Serve and enjoy!
