How To Make Spaghetti and Meatball Frittata

This spaghetti and meatball frittata is like an eggy meatball pizza. The spaghetti helps bring all the flavors of the tomato sauce, meatballs, and cheese together. 

This is a great recipe for a meal prep. Just cook it anytime and refrigerate it so you can eat it throughout the week. 

Leftover spaghetti Eggs Milk  Fresh basil Dried basil Mozzarella cheese Tomato sauce Leftover meatballs Vegetable oil  Salt and pepper


Whisk your frittata base together in a large bowl. Add spaghetti and fold together.

Cook your frittata on medium heat in an ovenproof nonstick pan. 

Top with tomato sauce and meatballs. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Garnish and serve!
