How To Make a Shiitake Mushroom Omelette

This shiitake mushroom omelette has a delicious mix of mushrooms, cheese, and a little kick of spice to get you going.

Serve this with toast, salad, hashbrowns or any of your favorite morning sides to jumpstart your day. 

Chives Olive oil Chili flakes White cheddar cheese Garlic  Eggs Shiitake mushrooms Salt and pepper to taste


Whisk eggs, chili flakes, and salt in a bowl. Cook mushrooms on medium heat and set aside. 

Cook omelette in the same pan for 2-3 minutes or until a skin forms.

Add cheese, mushrooms, and salt and pepper on one side. Fold it over. Garnish, serve, and enjoy!
