How To Make Gluten-Free Lemon Muffins

Filled with the zest and juice of three lemons and crunchy poppy seeds, these gluten-free lemon muffins are like eating soft clouds of sunshine in muffin form.

Gluten-free flour baking blend Granulated sugar Kosher salt Neutral oil, like vegetable or canola oil Lemons Large eggs Baking powder Greek yogurt Poppy seeds


Make the muffin batter. Zest and juice three lemons into the batter. Add in some poppy seeds. Mix well.

Line some muffin tins and fill 3/4 of the way to the top with batter. Sprinkle some sugar on top. 

Bake the muffins. Allow to cool. Serve and enjoy!
