INGREDIENTS

Crack and whisk 3 eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper. Cook the osyter mushrooms with butter and garlic. 

In the same pan, cook the omelette with butter over medium heat.

Add the mushroom filling and caramelized onions to one side. Fold the other half over and cook for 1-2 minutes.
