One of the best ways to enjoy oatmeal, this cinnamon overnight oats recipe is yummy and easy! It’s a great made-ahead breakfast option, and you can top it with your favorite fruits to mix it up.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup oats
  • cup milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp almond meal
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all your dry ingredients to a bowl or container you plan to use in your refrigerator. Mix together.
  • Pour in the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
  • Place in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 - 4 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy!
