This sweet and tropical kale mango smoothie is summertime in a glass, not to mention packed with essential vitamins and minerals. This smoothie is the perfect solution for a midday snack, a quick breakfast, or for a healthy poolside treat. There’s no occasion this delicious and healthy smoothie wouldn’t work for.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mango
  • 2-3 leaves kale destemmed
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ cups cups liquid of choice (dairy milk, non-dairy milk, orange juice, or water)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, reserving ½ cup of liquid.
  • Blend until desired consistency, adding more liquid as necessary.
  • Pour into your desired container and serve.
