Sizzling savory steak breakfast burritos are packed full of flavor! They’re easy to make and filled to the brim with juicy sliced steak, egg, cheese, and crunchy fresh veggies.

4 to 6 eggs 2 small steaks 1 tsp cooking oil 1 medium tomato ½ red pepper ½ yellow pepper ½ cup cheddar cheese onion powder 4 tortillas ½ to ¾ cup spinach mayonnaise (for garnish)
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
On a medium heat place a small skillet pan, add oil and place steaks in the pan once the pan is hot.
Cook the steaks for 4 minutes on each side, set steaks aside to rest for a couple of minutes, and then slice thinly.
Reuse pan, place on a low - medium heat and pour in your whisked eggs, cook until eggs are scrambled approximately 3 - 5 minutes.
Chop the red peppers, yellow peppers, and tomato.
In the middle of a tortilla add spinach, cheddar cheese, cooked eggs, sliced steak, peppers, tomatoes, and mayonnaise.
Wrap tightly and slice in half, enjoy with a drizzle of your favorite hot sauce!
