Air Fryer Oatmeal

If you love oatmeal but don't always have the time to make it on the stove, then this air fryer oatmeal recipe is the perfect solution. You can even prepare the oatmeal the night before and bake it in the air fryer the next day, making it perfect for meal prep. So simple!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ banana mashed
  • cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pecan nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Start by pouring the oats, banana, baking powder, vanilla extract and the oat milk into a bowl, and mix.
  • Then add the blueberries (reserve some for the topping) and mix it gently.
  • Pour the mixture into two individual baking cups and put it in your air fryer. Let it bake for about 15 minutes at 180º C (360º F).
  • Add some fresh fruits and pecans on top and enjoy!
