3-Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins are a quick and delicious treat to whip up the next time you want a chocolaty breakfast. Devil’s food cake mix is combined with pureed pumpkin and dark chocolate chunks in one bowl, and you’ll have it all cleaned up before the muffins are even out of the oven. Enjoy these with a robust cup of coffee or glass of milk. You’ll wonder why you haven’t made these before.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ box Devil's food cake mix
  • 1 can pureed pumpkin (15-ounce)
  • 4 oz dark chocolate 60% cacao

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
  • Line and grease nine slots in a standard-sized muffin tin.
  • Roughly break apart one 4 oz bar of chocolate into ½-inch pieces.
  • Place half a box of devil’s food cake mix and one can of pumpkin in a bowl and mix until just combined. Add 2/3 of chocolate and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Fill the muffin tins almost to the top.
  • Press additional chocolate chunks on top of the muffins.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow the muffins to cool before serving. Enjoy!
