Instructions
In a medium sized bowl mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped onion, salt, garlic powder, dried parsley and dried dill and whisk until smooth and homogenous.
Gently fold in the dried beef until evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and let the dip rest in the fridge overnight.
Remove the dip from the fridge 15-20 minutes before serving and adjust for salt if necessary.
Serve with bagels cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
