This strawberry peach smoothie is summer packed in a glass! It’s light, refreshing, slightly tart and sweet, and chock-full of your daily fruit serving. In less than 5 minutes you can have a huge smoothie that’s perfect for an after-school snack, your morning pick-me-up, or even as dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • ½ cup unflavored Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups dairy or nondairy milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender, reserving ½ cup of liquid.
  • Blend until desired consistency, adding more liquid as necessary.
  • Pour into your desired container and serve.
