 Most Wednesday nights the Golden Truffle closes after our lunchtime service. But then there are those special Wednesday evenings when we reopen for Soul food from anywhere in the world: Japan, Argentina, Kentucky, Mexico, Vietnam. Strictly Authentic & no substitutes… easy on the salt, no oil, light dressings...
